BAPTISMS:
Infant and adult baptism by appointment on selected Sundays.

At the Abbey Church, baptisms (also known as christenings) are held on a Sunday after the morning service.  Usually, the first baptism commences at 11am.

The ceremony takes approximately 20 minutes and during which water is sprinkled over the baby’s head.

Parents are encouraged to nominate godparents for their child, traditionally two godparents are recommended.  At the end of the ceremony parents will be given a Baptismal certificate, this includes the names of all Godparents.

While there is no set fee for a baptism, a donation is appreciated.

Instructional preparation for Confirmation and subsequent Confirmations by arrangement.

WEDDINGS:
Celebrated on selected Saturdays (A prior appointment must be arranged for the completion of statutory documentation).

Weddings at the Abbey Church attract a $400 donation.

FUNERALS/MEMORIAL SERVICES:
By arrangement.
